Star Party

lun, 9 de nov, 6:30 p.m. a 7:30 p.m.

Join us at the library for an all-ages evening, as we explore the deep desert cosmos. Warm up with complimentary hot chocolate and tasty snacks and get creative simple craft and puzzles. With the Moon hiding at less than 1% illumination, the sky will be perfectly dark. We will be aiming our scopes toward the East to catch the dazzling blue shimmer of the Pleiades Star Cluster (The Seven Sisters) and hunting for the distant, mysterious blue-green disk of the planet Uranus! **weather permitting** Presented in proud partnership with The Astronomical Society Of The Desert.
