A business is listed when all of these are true.

1. What it mainly does is fine for families. Not a bar, nightclub, smoke, vape or cannabis shop, casino, adult business, payday lender or pawn shop.
2. Alcohol is not the point. A restaurant that serves wine is fine. A winery, brewery or taproom is not.
3. No sexual or explicit content. In the business, its signs, its events or its marketing.
4. A parent would feel fine walking in with their family. Clean, nothing inappropriate on display, and all ages are welcome.
5. It is real and open. The phone or website works, and the details are right today.
6. It has a good reputation. No pattern of serious complaints.

No. You pay a flat price for Plus or Featured, or nothing for Basic. Families call, visit or book with you directly.

Plus makes your page richer: more photos, a deal for families, a Book now button and your own story. Featured adds the reach: you show first in your lists, on the home page and in the weekly email. Featured includes everything in Plus.

Yes. Many offices, like malls and schools, pay that way. From your business page, choose Pay by check or invoice. We email an invoice and our W-9, and your plan runs for a year from when the check arrives.

Yes. Your first month of Plus or Featured is free. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.

Any time, from your business page. You keep your plan until the end of the time you paid for.

Never. Featured places are labeled as paid, pass the same family checklist as everyone, and family tips are never changed or hidden.

The first 20 businesses to go Featured pay $29 a month (or $290 a year) instead of $49, and keep that price for as long as they stay Featured.
